Short Description of MI Sangha
Mindful-meditative practices and teachings in the tradition of renowned Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. Our evening begins with Mindful-Movement followed by sitting and walking meditation. We end with a Dharma reading/discussion.

This world online is a virtual world.
This is cyber space.
No need then to be confused or irritated.
Like clouds in the sky; Our world is constantly changing.
No need to be rocked by the breezes or rolled by the wind.
It all just comes and goes.
Like the sound of the Florida strap pine trees that bend and allow storms to pass,
and then bounce back to standing position,
we too can go with the flow of the ever changing skies of our lives.
What a relief!
